Adult Volunteer Training & Orientation
(1) Girl Scouts of California’s Central Coast requires that all adult volunteers:

• • Have a current background check with GSCCC
  • Complete a First Aid / CPR / AED class
  • Complete our Council’s Mandated Reporter online training class

(2) Volunteers are also required to  complete a Day Camp Volunteer Orientation class each year.  Orientation will be at 3:30 pm on May 16.  Keep an eye on your email for more information and thank you for coming to camp!

Program Aide Training & Orientation
(1) Girl Scouts of California’s Central Coast requires all Program Aides at a Day Camp to attend that camp’s Day Camp Orientation Training each year. This training covers specific information for Day Camp procedures and operations, which may change from year to year.
Orientation will be at 2:00 pm on May 16.  Keep an eye on your email for more information and thank you for being a PA at camp!

(2) The requirements for the Program Aide pin have changed.  While our Council still offers a Program Aide Core Training class, it is not required to earn this award.  Girls will earn several of the steps for this award at camp and they can finish up the remaining steps on their own before or after camp.
